Do you provide towing and recovery services?
Yes. We offer 24/7 towing and vehicle recovery — including winching for vehicles stuck in a ditch or off the road — across all 5 corridors we cover, from Lonavala and Khopoli to Kashedi Ghat and beyond.
What details should I send for the fastest help?
Please share your live location, vehicle type and model, the specific issue (accident, breakdown, or puncture), and a photo. Vehicle type especially helps us send the right tow truck — hydraulic for sedans/hatchbacks, flatbed for SUVs, buses and trucks.

Do you provide help for fuel and minor repairs?
Our roadside team delivers diesel fuel to prevent unnecessary towing. (Petrol delivery isn't currently permitted under regulations.) Full mechanic services for minor repairs are launching soon, starting on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad highway.
What's the difference between hydraulic and flatbed towing?
Hydraulic suits sedans and hatchbacks. Flatbed is required for SUVs, buses, and trucks. We dispatch the right one automatically based on your vehicle.
What's the difference between towing and vehicle recovery?
Towing moves a vehicle already on the road surface. Recovery uses winching for vehicles stuck in a ditch or off the road — common during monsoon.
