Fuel delivery covers diesel only — Here’s Why

Right now, fuel delivery covers diesel only, not because of a business choice but because petrol delivery to stranded vehicles isn’t currently permitted under existing regulations.

Fuel delivery covers diesel only — Here’s Why

Why fuel delivery covers diesel only right now

Regulations around transporting and dispensing petrol outside a fuel station are stricter than for diesel, which is why fuel delivery covers diesel only across our network for the time being.

What this means if your petrol vehicle runs dry

If you’re in a petrol vehicle and out of fuel, towing to the nearest station is the option we can offer instead of delivery.

This could change with future regulation

If the rules around petrol delivery change, we’ll update this — for now, fuel delivery covers diesel only, and we’d rather be upfront about that than overpromise.
